Each of 6 activities of EPIC will meet during a week long series of sessions. No activities will overlap which will allow the members to gain a full breath of understanding and participation of the activities.
18 November: 1300--1730 ELC (Evening off-site networking hour)
19 November: 0830-1200 INF & 1300--1730 DATA (Evening on-site networkin reception)
20 November: 0830-1200 FLC & 1300--1730 SVO (Evening off-site GAMA dinner)
21 November: 0830-1200 eVTOL & 1300--1730 EPIC
