The EASA has approved the new seven-bladed composite propeller that Piper Aircraft, Inc. has introduced as a factory option for its M700 Fury. Compared to the standard five-blade prop, the new one improves performance, efficiency, and cabin comfort. The new prop is designed to reduce vibration and noise while enhancing climb performance and overall operating smoothness. AIN reports that Daher used SUN 'n FUN in Lakeland, Florida, to showcase the U.S. debut of its new TBM 980 turboprop while emphasizing its growing commitment to the American market, including active hiring for a new assembly plant in Stuart, Florida, slated to support TBM and Kodiak production. The company was accepting job applications at the event as it prepares the facility, located about 40 miles north of West Palm Beach, for future operations.
