GAMA Announces Leadership For 2011, CAV Aerospace Accepted As New Member

GAMA NEWS 10-28 For Immediate Release: Nov 15, 2010

WASHINGTON, DC, November 15, 2010 – The board of directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) has elected John Rosanvallon, president and CEO of Dassault Falcon and executive vice president of civil aircraft for Dassault Aviation, as GAMA’s chairman for 2011. Rosanvallon previously served as GAMA’s vice chairman of the board and chairman of GAMA’s Security Issues Committee and its Communications Committee.

Caroline Daniels, CEO of Aircraft Technical Publishers, has been selected as GAMA’s vice chairman.  Daniels will also continue to serve as chairman of the Safety Affairs and Training Committee throughout the coming year. 

The board also elected two members to committee leadership positions: 

Product Liability and Legal Issues Committee – Joe Brown, president, Hartzell Propeller
Security Issues Committee – Mark Van Tine, president and CEO, Jeppesen 

CAV Aerospace, Inc. has also been voted in as GAMA’s newest member company.  CAV Aerospace delivers TKS™ Weeping Wing ice protection systems to general aviation aircraft manufacturers and provides retrofit installations to after-market aircraft customers.
