While maintaining his excellent academic record, Mr. Tischhauser remained active in his community and participated in many extra curricular activities. He earned the honor of Eagle Scout this spring and capitalized on opportunities to build leadership skills as a member of the Student Council for four years and took part in the National Youth Leadership Program for six years. With the ultimate goal of becoming a commercial pilot, Mr. Tischhauser will pursue an associate’s degree in Aviation Flight and Management this fall at Kishwaukee College in Malta, Illinois. After receiving his degree and certified flight instructor certificate, he plans to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management while continuing to build flight time.
