Five general aviation organizations gather their efforts to strip a controversial proposal to privatize the nation’s air traffic control system from a pending FAA reauthorization bill as well as urge that authorization for the FAA be extended at least six months to avoid distraction from the important progress being made on the Next Generation ATC modernization program and needed airport projects.
