WASHINGTON, DC, November 18, 2003 – The General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) applauded today’s announcement by Department of Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta regarding the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) plan for its new Air Traffic Organization (ATO) to become more performance based.
