Alex Tsetsenekos, Chief Insurance Officer, Archimedes Analytics

Alex T. has spent 20 years with various insurance carriers and 3rd party data providers in a variety of leadership positions in the areas of distribution, product management, underwriting, data management, strategy, system implementation & operations management.  

Most recently, Alex led the setup and launch of Tesla Insurance, a California auto managing general agency. Alex received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and his Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University. 

Norma Krayem, Vice President and Chair, Cybersecurity, Privacy & Digital Innovation Practice, Van Scoyoc Associates 

Norma Krayem is a Vice President and Chair of the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Digital Innovation Practice at Van Scoyoc Associates. She created one of the first-ever cybersecurity practices in 2005 in an AmLaw 100 law firm and is an internationally recognized as an expert in cybersecurity and transportation matters, bringing more than 20 years of global experience having served at the U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, Transportation and FEMA as a consultant. Ms. Krayem focuses her practice on the impacts of cyber risks and privacy issues in critical infrastructure, working extensively the aviation, space and satellite industry. She served as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and has extensive experience in all aspects of aviation policy, regulatory and compliance issues in both the national and international arenas including having worked on more than 100 bilateral and multilateral trade agreements, including more than 30 Open Skies agreements. 

She works closely with a wide range of companies to understand how cyber risk will impact them from an operational perspective, risk transfer mechanisms including insurance; and ways to implement digital transformation strategies in an IoT and “mobility on demand world” utilizing machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and imbedding “security by design” and “privacy by design” at the front end.  

In addition, Ms. Krayem works on a host of transportation and homeland security policy, legislative and regulatory issues in the commercial transportation, general aviation and space industry before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) DOD, DOT, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), as well as with Congress and the White House. She has worked extensively with the EU, IATA and ICAO. She served on the Cybersecurity Task Force at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Co-Chaired by Congressman Mike McCaul (R-TX) and Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI.) She is also a member of the Chatham House, The Royal Institute of International Affairs.
